Exploring Nonprofit Mergers and Collaborations
Tuesday, December 2, 2025 from 12-1pm
This session will explore the range of nonprofit strategic collaborations – from associations and joint programs to shared services and formal mergers. We’ll share examples, highlight lessons learned, and explore how collaboration can strengthen impact and sustainability – even in times of change – followed by audience Q&A.
