Elevate NP is pleased to welcome Jon Hoffmann as the Assessment and Navigation Director, effective July 7, 2025.
To strengthen the regional system for capacity building for nonprofit organizations, Elevate NP has hired Jon Hoffmann as the Assessment and Navigation Director. Jon will lead the effort to build an entry point for needs assessment, to connect nonprofits to the right resources, and to identify gaps in existing capacity building supports. This pilot program will serve as a centralized resource to enhance the work of existing capacity building providers in the region and will connect nonprofits to high-quality services and supports.
Jon understands that access to resources for nonprofits is a long-standing issue that won’t be solved overnight. In the short-term, success means that nonprofits will have an easier time knowing what resources are available and how to connect to those resources. In the long-run, this stronger network of capacity building resources will create a stronger community of effective, efficient, and resilient nonprofits.
