Pathways Program Manager
The Pathways Program Manager will work with other capacity building organizations, consultants, and subject matter experts to amplify existing resources and launch new offerings. Input from nonprofits around the region have identified fundraising, financial management, organizational strategy, partnerships and collaboration, talent, human resources, and board governance as priority topic areas. These priorities will evolve over time based on demand and offerings from other capacity building providers. Program delivery may include webinars, workshops, peer learning groups, coaching opportunities, and other creative approaches to ensure equity and accessibility to organizations around our region. Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will support the administration, communications, and infrastructure of all Elevate NP teams, including Navigation, Pathways, and Shared Financial Services (SFS), ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our internal systems, technology, and communications.
